The chairs leave much to be desired but the French onion soup makes up for it! We also have to appreciate the charcoal grill! I would love a dry aged bone-in striploin. What can I say, I‘m a bone-in lover ! Also if you love wine they have a lot of it; 30 000 bottles!

It‘s mostly wild and foraged food which seems pretty exciting to me! No surprise at all lol but the Bison Ribeye looks delicious! Otherwise maybe the Pan Roasted Venison Rack?
